Conflict management

Even with the tightest team, tensions and conflicts will arise. This can be mitigated through clear decision making and building trust (even when working remotely), but never fully avoided. We recommend having conflict resolution processes sketched out before any issues arise, so then your team is able to constructively and generatively able to navigate conflict instead of spending time deciding what to do under pressure.

Also, while our work in climate action and climate justice is urgent and pressing, it is important to also look after yourself and your teammates to ensure there are regenerative working practices. We won’t win through burnout.
